Data Processing
HJ-BIOANALYTIK GmbH aquires personal data only when entered into the contact form, samples order form or presentation form. We aquire only data that is absolutely necessary to fulfil the specific task.
Log files are generated when our website is accessed. The log file contains the IP-address of the user as well as the sites visited. This data is neccessary for safe operation of our website.
Aquired data is fully deleted after 1 year.
Cookies:
We use cookies on our website to make visiting out site more attractive. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer.
Most of the cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your browsing session (session-cookies).
Other cookies remain on your computer and allow us to recognize your computer and to restore specific data like screen resolution, the selected language or the web browser software used.
Consent Tool:

The legal basis on using personal data using the consent tool is based on article 6 paragraph. 1 lit. c DS-GVO and article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f DS-GVO and our legitimate interest is the administration of the cookies and technologies used.
SSL-Encryption
Our website uses SSL-Encryption for transferring personal or confidential data of our users. This encryption is for example used, when you use one of our forms to transfer data to us (Contact form, samples order form or presentation form).
Google AdWords:
We are using Google AdWords, an online advertising system by Google inc.
Conversion tracking is used by Google AdWords. Using this tool, a cookie is generated on your PC if you reach our site using an ad placed by google. The cookie is invalid after 30 days. It is not used to backtrack you. If the cookie is still valid and you visit our website, both we and Google recognize that you reach our site from an advertising.
Every AdWords customer gets a different cookie. It is therefor impossible to backtrack users over different AdWords customers.
Using the generatede cookies, conversion statistics are generated by Google for their AdWords customers. We, as the customers, only get information on how many users have reacted on our advertising. We do not get any information that allow us to identify our users in person.
