The 'HJ@Sealer' is used, where microtitre, PCR as well as some special plates have to be sealed in a fully automated as well as a semi-automatic process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Small footprint:
\n<\/strong>The 'HJ@Sealer' requires a footprint of 212 mm by 250 mm adjacent to the pipetting- or robotic system. The floor space required on the worktable of the robotic system is only a little bigger than the dimension of the plate.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Automatic plate recognition:
\n<\/strong>The 'HJ@Sealer' automatically recognizes the plate placed on by its height it and seals it reliable without any foil overlap.
\nAutomated, in this context, does not bring any limitation: It is however possible to adjust sealing parameters like sealing pressure and possibly required foil overlap and so on. The 'HJ@Sealer' can then recognize different plates by their height.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Easy to integrate:
\n<\/strong>The 'HJ@Sealer robotic' can be easily integrated into new and existing pipetting machines and robotic systems. The integration interface is compatible with our successful \"RoboSeal\" sealing robot.<\/p>\n

Optional software control:
\n<\/strong>The 'HJ@Sealer robotic' software is compatible with all Microsoft Windows operating systems starting from Windows XP. The software contains a user friendly interface. Diagnostic functions like foil-sheet counter, foil end sensor and cutter break diagnostics allow a high level of operating reliability.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Interface:
\n<\/strong>The 'HJ@Sealer' is fitted with an USB- as well as an RS232 interface.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Easy operation:
\n<\/strong>All SBS-standard footprint plates are recognized automatically by their height. Whether it is about shallow well, deep well, PCR or other plates, additional adapters are usually not necessary.<\/p>\n

Secure sealing:
\n<\/strong>The adhesive foil is bonded to the plate by pressure. In that way disadvantages from heat impression or problems of bad adhesion between plate and foil can be completely excluded.<\/p>\n

Fast:
\n<\/strong>The complete sealing cycle takes about 10 seconds.<\/p>\n

Cost effective:
\n<\/strong>Convenient initial cost, low integration expenditure and inexpensive foil material.<\/p>\n
