The 'HJ@Peeler' is used, where desealing of initially by our 'HJ@Sealer' sealed microtitre, PCR, as well as some special plates have to be processed in a fully automated process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Small footprint:
\n<\/span><\/strong>The 'HJ@Peeler' requires a footprint of 274 mm by 314 mm adjacent the pipetting- or robotic system. The floor space required on the worktable of the robotic system is only slightly larger than the dimensions of the plate itself.<\/p>\n

Automatic plate recognition:
\n<\/strong><\/span>The 'HJ@Peeler' automatically recognizes the plate placed on it by its height and peels it.
\nAutomated, in this context, does not bring any limitation: It is however possible to adjust peeling parameters like the plate facet size of the plate and the movement profile used when peeling.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Easy to integrate:
\n<\/strong><\/span>The 'HJ@Peeler' can be easily integrated into new and existing pipetting machines and robotic systems. The integration interface is compatible with our successful 'RoboPeel'.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Software operation:
\n<\/strong><\/span>The 'HJ@Peeler' software is compatible with all Microsoft Windows operating systems starting from Windows XP. The software has a user friendly interface. Diagnostic functions like a foil detector while peeling allow a high level of operating reliability.<\/p>\n

Interface:
\n<\/strong><\/span>The 'HJ@Peeler' is fitted with an USB- as well as an RS232 interface.<\/span><\/p>\n

Easy operation:
\n<\/strong><\/span>All SBS-Standard footprint plates with at least one facet on the left or right side of the plate can be used. Whether it is about shallow well, deep well, PCR or other plates, additional adapters are usually not necessary.<\/p>\n

Secure peeling:
\n<\/strong><\/span>The 'HJ@Peeler' peels the foil from the plate mechanically. Foreign agents like compressed air or vacuum are not required. The patented \"desealing finger\" works reliable and is insusceptible to interferences. An integrated foil sensor detects the peeled foil.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fast:
\n<\/strong><\/span>The peeling process is finished after about 20 seconds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cost effective:
\n<\/strong><\/span>Convenient initial cost, low integration expenditure and inexpensive foil material.<\/span>.<\/p>\n
