The 'HJ@Sealer TP' is used, where tall microtitre plates with heights between 59 mm to 94 mm have to be sealed in a fully automated process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Small footprint:
\n<\/strong>The 'HJ@Sealer TP' requires a footprint of 212 mm by 250 mm adjacent to the pipetting- or robotic system. The floor space required on the worktable of the robotic system is only a little bigger than the dimension of the plate.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Script controlled sealing process:
\n<\/strong>The sealing process is controlled individually for every plate by scripts.
\nThe plate is sealed reliable and without any foil overlaps.<\/p>\n

Easy to integrate:
\n<\/strong>The 'HJ@Sealer TP' can be easily integrated into new and existing pipetting machines and robotic systems. The integration interface is compatible with our successful \"RoboSeal\" sealing robot.<\/p>\n

Software operation:
\n<\/strong>The 'HJ@Sealer TP' software is compatible with all Microsoft Windows operating systems starting from Windows XP. The software contains a user friendly interface. Diagnostic functions like foil-sheet counter, foil end sensor and cutter break diagnostics allow a high level of operating reliability.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Interface:
\n<\/strong>The 'HJ@Sealer TP' is fitted with an USB- as well as an RS232 interface.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Optional adaptor:
\n<\/strong>There is an optional adaptor available that allows sealing of plates with heights between 44 mm to 58 mm.<\/p>\n

Secure sealing:
\n<\/strong>The adhesive foil is bonded to the plate by pressure. In that way disadvantages from heat impression or problems of bad adhesion between plate and foil can be completely excluded.<\/p>\n

Fast:
\n<\/strong>A complete sealing cycle takes about 12 seconds.<\/p>\n

Cost effective:
\n<\/strong>Convenient initial cost, low integration expenditure and inexpensive foil material.<\/p>\n
