Specifications:

"RoboSeal" is always used there where sealing of microtitre-, PCR-, special plates as well as casket systems shall take place in fully automatic process.

  • Integration without problems: The “RoboSeal” can be easily integrated into new and existing pipetting machine and robotic systems.
  • Software Control System: The “RoboSeal” Control Software is compatible with all Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 7. The “RoboSeal” Software is provided with a user-friendly desktop. Graphic representations, Teach-in module as well as software diagnostics (e.g. sheet counter) allow highest operating safety.
  • Interface: RS-232 Interface as well as TTL-Port belongs to the standard equipment of the “RoboSeal” (driver software is not necessary).
  • Easy Handling: All plates are stored in program memory and can be called in case of need, in the course of which quantity, type and sequence of the plates to be sealed can be compiled in own estimation. Whether it is about shallow well-, deep well-, PCR- or other plates additional adapters are not necessary.
  • Safe Sealing: The adhesive sealing foil is bonded to the plate by pressure. In that way disadvantages owing to heat impression and problems of bad adhesion between plate and foil can be completely excluded.
  • Quick: The complete cycle takes approx. 15 seconds.
  • Worth the price (worth the money): Convenient initial cost, low integration expenditure as well as foil material favorable in price.

Due to its high binding strength Aluminium foil is ideal for transport of microtitreplates. Foil cannot be peeled-off, can only be pierced. 		12.5 m/roll

(f.e. DMSO-resistant)
Temperature Range: -80°C to +120°C
A PE-plastic is laminated on the Aluminium. Consequently there is no tearing of the foil during residuelessly pull-off. Suitable as peeling-foil for storage of microtitreplates at lowest temperatures, as peeling-foil for PCR-plates. 		100 m/roll

Temperature Range: -25°C to +120°C
Glue inside of microcaps, to be opened by pressure. Glue only affects the plastics of the microtireplate. There is no glue inside of the wells. Polyolefin foil is used if the specimen may not encounter the glue.

This black foil seals with microtitreplates, deep well plates and special plates absolutely light tight.
