The „RoboPeel“ is a desealing robotic system for fully automatically desealing of aluminum- or plastic foil from all types of microtitreplates. You can not only deseal adhesive foils but also heatseal foils fully automatically with the “RoboPeel”.

• Integration without problems: The “RoboPeel” can easily be integrated into new and existing robotic systems. In combination with our “RoboSeal” the “RoboPeel” offers a complete solution for sealing and desealing of microtitreplates.
• Software Control System: The “RoboPeel” Control Software is compatible with all Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 7. The “RoboPeel” Software is provided with a user-friendly desktop. Graphic representations, Teach-in module as well as software diagnostics allow highest operating safety.
• Interface: : The “RoboPeel” has as standard a RS-232 Interface and a TTL-Port (driver software is not necessary), optionally available is a USB-interface.
• Easy handling: All plates to be worked at are stored in program memory and can be called in case of need, in the course of which quantity, type and sequence of the plates can be compiled in own estimation. Whether it is about shallow well-, deep well-, PCR- or other plates adapters are not necessary.
• Safe desealing of the foil: The “RoboPeel” removes foils mechanically from the plate. Foreign agents like compressed air, vacuum etc. are not required. The patented “Desealing Finger” works reproducibly and is unsusceptible to interferences. You can determine desealing speed as well as steepness of foil desealing according to filling level of the cavities with your software.
• Foil detector: Optionally “RoboPeel” can be provided with a software controlled foil detector. This detector checks if the foil has been desealed completely from the microtitreplate. During foil dropping this detector checks if the foil has been dropped proper into the waste.
