The “RoboPierce” is a fully automatic system for piercing foils of “all” types of 96-, 384-
Microtitre- and PCR-Plates without any contamination.
Using the “RoboPierce”, you can pierce adhesive foils as well as heatseal foils fully
automatically.
The foils are opened without any parts of the foil sticking into the wells. Because of
this, a secure pipetting and dispensing without any restrictions in precision and flow is
possible. The disadvantages of Needle-Piercers are excluded and there is no need for an
additional washing-cycle. The “RoboPierce” is operating with a patented roller.

• Integration without problems: The “RoboPierce” can easily be integrated into new and existing robotic systems. In combination with our “RoboSeal” the “RoboPierce”, it offers a complete solution for sealing and desealing of microtitreplates.
• Software Control System: The “RoboPierce” Control Software is compatible with all Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 7. The Software is
  provided with a user-friendly interface. Graphic presentations, Teach-In module, as well as Software diagnostics allow highest operating safety.
• Interface: The “RoboPierce” has a standard RS-232 Interface and a TTL-Port
  (driver software is not necessary).
• Easy handling: All plates for piercing can be stored as files and can easily be recalled upon use. Whether you are about to pierce shallow well-, deep well-, PCR- or other plates, additional adapters are not necessary.
