The "HJ@Piercer" is a fully automatic system for piercing foils of 384-Microtitreplates without any contamination.
Using the "HJ@Piercer", you can pierce adhesive foils as well as heatsealing foils fully automatically.
The foils are opened without any parts of the foil sticking into the wells. Because of this, a secure pipetting and dispensing without any restrictions in precision and flow is possible. The disadvantages of Needle-Piercers are excluded and there is no need for an additional washing-cycle.
The "HJ@Piercer" is operating with a patented roller.
|Small:||The "HJ@Piercer" requires a footprint of 274mm by 314mm adjacent the pipetting- or robotic system. The floor space required on the worktable of the robotic system is only slightly larger than the dimensions of the plate itself.|
|Integraton without problems:||The "HJ@Piercer" can be easily integrated into new and existing pipetting machines and robotic systems. The integration interface is compatible to our other devices.|
|Software controlled:||The "HJ@Piercer" software is compatible with all Microsoft Windows operating systems starting from Windows XP up to Windows 10. The software has a user friendly interface. Diagnostic functions like position detection of the piercing roller allow reliable operation.|
|Interface:||The "HJ@Piercer" is fitted with an USB- as well as an RS232 interface. Controlling the device using TTL signals is also possible.
|Piercing roller:||The patented roller is exchangeable. Its position is detected automatically.|
|Fast:||A complete piercing cycle takes about 12 seconds.|
|Cost effective:||Convenient initial cost and low integration expenditure.|
